How do I choose the right sock size?

Please refer to the size information displayed on each product page. Many of our socks are made with flexible materials and may fit a range of shoe sizes.

What materials are your socks made from?

Materials vary depending on the product and may include cotton, polyester, elastane or blended fabrics. Please check the individual product description for complete details.

How should I wash my socks?

For the best results, follow the care instructions provided with the product. We generally recommend washing socks with similar colours at a low temperature and allowing them to air dry.

Will the colours look exactly like the pictures?

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, minor differences may occur because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at amentric@outlook.it. We will try to accommodate your request, but an order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been processed or shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, when tracking is available.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our return policy. For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original sealed packaging.
